This thread will include a notification for any rule changes going forward so no one is caught unaware.
As of 07-02-2023 - Turn 1:
Rules added to the War rules on the summoning of field armies and defensive armies. Rules added to the Peace rules on building level 1 cities and level 1 castles. Added example of a movement order for an army in rules of war. Added clarification on stacking cities/castles on resources. It will be allowed for game start placement, but not going forward.
As of 09-02-2023 - Turn 1:
Prices for marketplace and debauchery changed to reflect a better return on investment. With thanks to Yanks.

As of 10-02-2023 - Turn 1:
Amount of unclaimed hexes "captured" increased from 1 to 2, as we approach having fully gone through the land claiming phase. See rules for further detail.

15-02-2023 - Turn 2:
Amended rules of war to clarify questions on recruitment of M-A-T's from Castles and Cities. TL;DR Cities can choose what regiments they recruit based on their levels. Further clarification on heavy cavalry and M-A-T numbers now up, thank you to Yanks for writing it a bit more clearly than I could.

18-02-2023 - Turn 3:
Removed the debauchery buildings from the list pending further balancing. Added the Port building which will enable coastal cities to expand seawards ever so slightly.

There was some Bob-caused confusion regarding the difference between Levy infantry and Light infantry, which has been clarified in the rules of war. Light infantry is what the cities generate, levy infantry is what the agricultural hexes generate.

As of this turn, the raiding rules have been removed due to the excessive workload that it imposes on the admins when in use. It's just a messy rule. Who wrote these rules? WHO?
