I. The Diet declares that there will be an armistice in the conflict between the Merchant Republic of Elyria, the Kingdom of Kressia and the Amihanan League while the threat of attack and invasion by the Sartaq Khan of the Great Horde remains active.
II. There will be an immediate cessation of hostilities. No future hostile actions will be allowed by either of the three realms against one another so long as the Khan’s horde is within the borders of Christendom.
III. Once the threat has subsided, the aforementioned realms are free to pursue whatever policy they desire. If any realm covered by this decree disobeys its provisions, they will be subject to penalties before God and man.
Voted on and approved by the Imperial Diet of 1213.
