1. With the understanding that the Merchant Republic of Caelin chose to siege the capitol of the High Kingdom of Phalus after negotiations over territory broke down, Caelin agrees to recognize the following map, originally presented by the High Kingdom with minor tweaks to clearly outline borders, as the land borders of the respective Kingdoms. The southern city of Vindonissa and its surrounding lands will be returned to the Merchant Republic.
2. The Merchant Republic of Caelin will pay reparations for their undeclared war and siege of the High Kingdom initially equal to the cost incurred by the High Kingdom to raise its levy troops over the previous year (180 florins by rough count). For the following 5 years, the Merchant Republic will pay 50 florins each year to compensate for loss of revenue.
3. A mandatory truce, bound by the laws of God and Man, maintained between the High Kingdom of Phalus and the Merchant Republic of Caelin for 10 years (10 turns).
Voted on and approved by the Imperial Diet of 1202.
